YOU MUST REVIEW THIS INFORMATION: The Main Floor (MF) has to be a free/donation based show, as we are unable to offer ticketing there. MF has more built in seating with the high top bar stools, multiple booths and the ability to add more fold out chairs and tables. We estimate the seating capacity around 50, depending on the set up. There is a higher capacity if you leave more standing room. We have a projector and screen, fog machine, mics and a DJ set up. The MF is where our one and only bar is located. There is an Accessible Bathroom located on this floor. We have Roku and are easily able to stream from youtube or spotify. There is no exact stage, though we use the back booth area as the stage. MF incurs no staff fee, unless you need a door/sound person.
Downstairs we have ticket events and you set the price (minimum $10 presale/ $12 day of). We do have a stage set up there with a full backline for bands, as well as mics, amps, stage lights and a hazer. Downstairs is accessed by stairs and has two small restrooms. Seated capacity is around 30, with a much higher capacity if standing room is left. A merch stand is available in the back for artists to boost their sales, brand and interact with fans. If you do not want to do a ticketed event, we charge $100 /hr for downstairs bookings. There is no bar located downstairs, therefore a 10 - 15 minute break per hour is required for shows longer than 1 hour to allow patrons to come upstairs for the bar. This is how we make almost all of our money- please be kind to us and remind your guests to support the bar and tip bartenders!
Downstairs shows do have a required staff fee of $75/ hr for the sound person (this is non-negotiable). There is an additional $25/hr staff fee for a door person, but you can provide your own door to negate this cost
